We want every piece of silver to feel like it was made just for you. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make it better:
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Final Sale: Custom pieces, earrings, and clearance items are non-returnable.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
